The photos and videos available in the Visit Tallinn Media Bank may be used solely for promoting Tallinn as a tourism destination, including leisure travel, meetings, conferences, and incentive travel. The materials may not be used for commercial purposes or direct profit-making activities (for example, in books, postcards, or other products sold for profit).

When using any photo or video, you must always credit the author and cite Visit Tallinn as the source, for example: Mari Tamm / visittallinn.ee.

All photos and videos in the Media Bank are protected by copyright and may not be resold, redistributed, or otherwise misused. Any use of the materials must comply with applicable copyright laws.

The user is solely responsible for ensuring that the materials are used in accordance with these Terms of Use. In the event of copyright infringement or any other unauthorized use, the copyright holder reserves the right to pursue legal remedies in accordance with applicable law.
